mini storage takes your safety and the security of
your possessions very seriously. A six-foot fence
surrounds our complex near Des Moines and all areas
are well-lit.
We
have also incorporated the latest
security technology available, including:
Keypad Entry
When you arrive at the front of our mini storage complex,
you will be required to enter a code on a keypad.
This will open the front gate, allowing you 24-hour
accessibility with security. Your picture will also
be taken each time you enter and will be kept on record.
Passcode
A unique passcode will be given to each
mini storage customer when a rental contract is signed
and approved.
Surveillance Camera
A surveillance camera will keep a photo record of
any vehicles or visitors as they enter and leave the
mini storage complex.

Door Alarm System
Individual door alarm systems are available for purchase.
Unauthorized entry into your mini storage unit will
alert our property manager. Every alarm will be investigated.
